HOW IT WORKS
Step 01
Request
Submit your date, venue, expected attendance, and a short description of the event.
Step 02
Review
We follow up within about 5 business days to confirm logistics, footprint, and scheduling.
Step 03
Roll Out
We coordinate truck and trailer placement, load-in, and retail setup so everything is ready before doors open.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
What types of events can request the truck and trailer?
Youth sports tournaments, school events, community runs, camps, fitness expos, and other family-friendly events where a retail activation makes sense. Tell us your crowd and venue—we'll see if it's a fit.
Do you donate product or give bottles away?
No. We sell Battle Juice bottles and merch on site. This is a retail activation—not a sponsorship with free product.
Is there a minimum event size?
We review each request individually. Share expected attendance and layout so we can plan staffing and trailer placement.
How far in advance should I apply?
Preferably 4–6 weeks before your event so we can lock logistics, permits if needed, and travel.
Is there a cost to submit a request?
Submitting a request is free and there is no obligation. We reply if we can move forward.
